Bien que le Canada compte un grand nombre de chefs talentueux, la cr\u00e9ation de nombreux mets d\u00e9licats demande tellement de travail qu'ils ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement disponibles qu'\u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle, principalement dans les p\u00e2tisseries haut de gamme. Beaucoup plus ancien et mieux \u00e9tabli, le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de p\u00e2tissiers d\u00e9vou\u00e9s, ce qui signifie que la cr\u00e9ation de ces d\u00e9lices est possible \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est \u00e0 l'origine de la cr\u00e9ation de PCD Imports (Piu Che Dolci, c'est-\u00e0-dire plus que des sucreries).<\/p>

L\u2019histoire de Piu Che Dolci a commenc\u00e9 au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1990, lorsque Robert Marano a entam\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans les arts culinaires. Tr\u00e8s vite il devient un chef p\u00e2tissier de renom, propri\u00e9taire d\u2019un commerce de p\u00e2tisserie de d\u00e9tail florissant \u00e0 Ville St-Laurent, dans la banlieue de Montr\u00e9al, au Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>

Son d\u00e9sir de cr\u00e9er des p\u00e2tisseries raffin\u00e9es le poussera \u00e0 parcourir l\u2019Europe \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 que l\u2019on ne peut trouver en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Au fil des ans, il tissera des relations professionnelles solides et durables avec plusieurs fournisseurs de produits fins europ\u00e9ens, pour la plupart inconnus au Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s 20 ans de croissance et de diversification des activit\u00e9s, Robert Marano est aujourd'hui \u00e9galement partenaire de PCD Imports, qui est devenue une entreprise d'importation prosp\u00e8re, dot\u00e9e de capacit\u00e9s \u00e9tendues en mati\u00e8re d'approvisionnement, de cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement et de logistique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
